Very supportive team and culture, leadership wants me to succeed, work/life balance is outstanding, processes can be somewhat bureaucratic but that's for any large company, overall very positive and welcoming culture
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Base pay is quite competitive for my particular space, also incentives are nice for top performers. Equity would be great...perhaps in the future!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Approachable, available, relatable, and genuinely care about their employees and doing right by the business at the same time. Not always an easy balance
