Such a experienced and highly skilled leadership and they just give everyone the same freedom to do any research and innovate.. And I am damn sure that must be one of the success factors
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel there is an improvement area in this, because not just me but few others also are undervalued due to the HR negotiation.. HRs take the opportunity of the employee and later employee suffer from inequality in packages
