I started with little experience in my field, but have learned a lot in a short amount of time. As i have learned i have been given more and more responsibility and have been compensated for my growth and development. They are not afraid to let me try something and are understanding while i learn.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We do not have meeting just to have meetings, There is always quality information shared.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
HSA Match, and good prices on Health insurance. And they are definitely trying to make improvements. For example since i have been here they have increased the 401K match.
What makes you most happy at work?
I have a fun job, where I get to interact with fun and charismatic people, and I always feel like i'm growing and developing myself when i'm at work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is always an effort to improvement. Every month there are challenges and rewards for reading, working out or something close to that, and there are always tournaments for ping pong or Mario Cart.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparency. I know more about the High level operations of Boostability then any company i have ever worked for before. There really is no hiding anything, and they really make you fell like your work contributes to the company's growth.
