The people I work with with the business and my team. Working for a world class leader in the industry.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am overall happy with my compensation, but believes compensation should be more flexible with internal promotions. We are not paying our internal teammates the premium we are paying new externals coming into the organization. Internal teammates with Bridgestone prior to 2020 are below market rate
