What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Acknowledgment that people can and do work hard even remotely (or sometimes especially remotely). The ability to work from home allows flexibility in the day and an environment that's not always 'charged' with energy.

Management actually following code of conduct and enforcing it for themselves and HR.

Management needs to be revamped. The culture is to oppress people and it should be the opposite
Actually valuing the people that are putting in the work not just the top tier management , But the tech that missed his little boys baseball game because he needed to make rent or Service Manager who's wife would like to see him more than an hour a day
Engage employees to be part of the solutions. Don't deploy programs that aren't tested and don't work as that wastes energy. Allow flexibility to improve things instead of making it hard for employees to do their jobs.
