Knowing that I am important part of a great company, my team is close knit and willing to help each other anyway we can.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
How open and honest they are in terms of where we are as a company, as well as, where we miss the mark to focus our energy moving forward. I honestly walk away from every Town Hall and say to myself "I work for a great company!"
