Bridgestone has been a great experience for me. I came from an industry with a toxic environment at times. I did not have a healthy work/life balance. I am in a healthy place now and working for Bridgestone has allowed me to do that. I am very thankful to work here.

The care of people. I really appreciate the care that is given.

Fun, caring, creative, helpful, encouraging, honest and friendly. Our team gets work done while having fun and caring for each other!
What makes you most happy at work?
The ability to work on projects I am excited about. I feel the work I do makes an impact not only on the company but also on the people we serve.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team at Bridgestone and within the Marketing COE cares about me as a person. I feel and see that through their interactions with me. I appreciate the culture within the company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Before Bridgestone I worked in an industry that underpaid me and it was the only industry I knew. When I interviewed at Bridgestone I lowballed myself b/c I didn't know what salaries were like in this industry. I often wonder if I am making a salary that is comparable to my colleagues.
