The overall experience has been the best of any company I've worked for. There's so much trust instilled in me and my teammates that we're able to get our work done and not feel guilt or shame for enjoying leisure time at work as well. It's just the perfect work environment, really.

Transparent and always willing to compromise and find the best ways to keep you fulfilled in your job.

The actual work I do, the freedom to do it how I want and set my own pace, and the people.
What did you like most about the interview process?
How many people were there to interview me (about 5) and the various kinds of questions asked, not just regarding past employment, etc. but personal development as well.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is amazing. We're collaborative, we're constantly laughing and making our work environment pleasant, and we feed off of one another's work ethic. I love everything about them.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Definitely the flexibility of time off and time in/out of the office. I wouldn't trade that for anything, it's so important to me to feel trusted by my team(s) and manager(s) otherwise I wouldn't do my job as well.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We're all so comfortable with one another that we talk and support each other not just in a workplace environment but in a personal sense as well. It's a close-knit group and we're all rooting for each other and you can feel that. I love that!
