The social aspects and also the building is very well lit. They have a gym on site and it is easy to strike up a conversation with anyone, even if you don't know them. It is quite special.

workplace environment is clean and nice, great view of the mountains, never stressed about food because we always have a stocked fridge, comfortable chairs and desks, great open space surrounded by hard working people

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Lots of unprofessional people. There is no reprimanding from leadership to discourage unprofessional behavior so it runs rampant
