Honesty and accountability. Everyone has a pretty high level autonomy and is expected to perform at a high level, but with not a lot of stress and pressure.

The social aspects and also the building is very well lit. They have a gym on site and it is easy to strike up a conversation with anyone, even if you don't know them. It is quite special.

Lots of unprofessional people. There is no reprimanding from leadership to discourage unprofessional behavior so it runs rampant

Meeting my future manager was great, also getting to see the building and the people was neat. It made me excited to get the job.

Focused a lot on cultural fit, not so much about very abstract whiteboarding problems. The whiteboarding was practical and tested ability more than puzzle solving skills like other companies.
