Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

More than 3 years of just trying to do my job and get paid. Arbitrary rules over processes become firing offenses creating job loss panic and fear rather than training tools for all to provide the best product for the client. An exit interview with HR that does not include alcohol.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Despite lack of leadership the boots on the ground employees pull together to get stuff done.

Terrible Company that doesn't care about customer satisfaction.
