Awful, incompetent management, rumors of people sleeping with higher ups to get better positions, the CEO has a history of harassment, and they would much rather throw pizza parties than pay anyone fairly. They also LOVE to have people work multiple departments at a time, but not compensate them.
They will have a meeting and tell you everything you are doing wrong, if you advocate for the student you are dismissed
