What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
No one is happy, things are not consistent, the employees refuse change although it is good for the company. Everyone is out for themselves and wont work as a team. Different departments wont do their job and pass it off on other departments, working as an actual team with a common goal would help.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Honestly, most people should be fired and hire people who are willing to do the job correctly and will work as a team rather than every man for themselves.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
No one stuck to what was supposed to be done. They all did whatever they wanted with no repurcussions. There needs to consequences for the people doing things wrong for everyone, not just new people.
