Company seems okay, However High ups make decisions that are rigid and unflexible. Took several months to get all equipment and accounts set up. Unable to work from home even though suffer from a disability as role is a "in office role" even though role has been perfectly fine working from home

Friendly, get along with people well.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Not great pay, barely above a non skilled worker and the role requires more technical knowledge to complete.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Personal manager very helpful and kind. Helps where they can and tries to support the team. Further management is poor, dont think about the decisions and how they affect the people lower down the chain. No flexability for change or support
