A focus on communication and experience is prevalent here. This means that stand ups are efficient and helpful, people go out of their way to check in and see how they can help, and success is shared by the team.

They dig in with you. When you're tackling something challenging everyone from Exec team to technician is ready to work the problem or opportunity. Good follow up and tools that make it easy are used by all to keep up strong, frequent communication.

I'm impressed with their attention to praising individuals for accomplishments big and small. Immediately upon joining ChaiOne, I felt appreciated for just being me, but when I delivered on my role - they recognize not just how I did good at my job, but the impact it had on the company.
