There are a lot of experienced and smart people at ChaiOne, which is a core strength of our company that the us employees, and the clients like about our company. We challenge each other to grow and learn. The enablement team does a great job of keeping us engaged. And the BYOD program is awesome!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I don't understand the question. Our TC is pretty flat.
What makes you most happy at work?
Solving challenges that are out of our norms. Technical, people management, client issues, etc.

They genuinely care about my feedback. I have a voice in the company and I feel it gets heard from time to time
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love the fact that my teammates are talented, experience, caring, and smart intellectuals. I can strike a conversation in many topics and have a productive and fun experience.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everybody has the tendency to listen to each other and have a decent conversation. Conflicts are handled very professionally and ideas have a place to grow. Dare I say, it is "fun" to be around the people here.
