What did you like most about the interview process?

Group interviews using a blend of behavioral interview and good conversation to assess fit are the norm at Clevyr (for non-Devs). It puts the interviewee at ease and still gives a good indication of personality and skill.

What makes you most happy at work?

I love figuring out how to make something work, no matter the context. Making a client happy within their budget, finding a reporting solution for my leads, helping devs get info they need to code, or getting an internal product to launch - and I get to move between those spheres all day every day.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

I can't encapsulate it in 300 char., but my other answers should give some insight. The true team mentality makes it feel good to be a part of this team. Even working remotely, we still feel "like Clevyr" and I'm grateful for that.
