Group interviews using a blend of behavioral interview and good conversation to assess fit are the norm at Clevyr (for non-Devs). It puts the interviewee at ease and still gives a good indication of personality and skill.
I love figuring out how to make something work, no matter the context. Making a client happy within their budget, finding a reporting solution for my leads, helping devs get info they need to code, or getting an internal product to launch - and I get to move between those spheres all day every day.
