Very political. The company is slow to adapt to a modern day approach to dojng business. They undervalue work life balance, employee morale. They dont live their core values. Could be a great place, but are very slow to change, if at all.

Communication. Transparency. Taking accountability for employee rentention and stop blaming the great resignation.

Not everyone operates at a level of 10. Different things motivate diffeent people and not everyone operates at the same level.
