I have yet to be compensated after almost 4 weeks of work, My store is extremely disorganized and the hours I said I was free are repeatedly ignored and I am forced to constantly call out, leading to a manager who takes it out on me by putting all of my hours into less favorable days.

Pay your new workers or you will never keep employees long term

Talking to workers on things like onboarding and other issues that I have been ignored about.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is in a similar boat as me so talking to them makes my job somewhat better.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have not been paid after almost a month of work and whenever I ask about money im ignored.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I like the fact that everyone was extremely nice at first, but they did not tell me my hours or how i would be paid.
