Meetings do not encourage better performance
Columbia employees have formed an unofficial union and act as a pack to eliminate any person who might do better than their average performance. The Columbia HR department is a joke and acts like an ostrich, refusing to even listen to employees unless management says it is okay: Nazis.
Not be afraif to speak up

Part-timers should be able to be offered insurance if they're paying for it employees signing up people for rewards should also receive bonuses like the managers part-timers that have been there a long period of time should not have to share their hours
As a part-timer we should have the ability to pay for insurance through the company also if the managers get bonuses for us signing people up for greater rewards we should also get some kind of bonus as well
