Hire more diversity in leadership roles, hire high level winning candidates, attract from outside of state and companies like Patagonia. Make better quality apparel that doesn't focus on margin and cutting costs. Salary is not competitive in all levels and roles from workers associates and managers.
Stop Nepotism, stop only hiring locals, attract outside talent, hire minority leadership, pay a competitive salary like the north face
