Positivity. She is excrusiatingly rude and forceful to her employees who work nearly eight hour shifts with no complaints.

Hire young and diverse people. Stop making cheap product. No women or people of color on leadership roles and the pay is embarrassing low.

Any desire to make the store feel like a team environment is gone. They would have to be better managers of HUMANS before anything else. It's clear corporate no longer cares what happens to store moral. They hire desk managers for DM and then wait for numbers to come in.
