Having our supervisor and manager always asking us if we have questions or help in asserting with customers etc.

Knowing that we succeeding in listening to our customers demands and complying with everything we got to make them happy.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are well prep and always ask if there is anything else to work on or suggest to our upper management.
