CoNetrix is so different than when I was hired. Technology is never static! Over the years I have witnessed CoNetrix change, struggle, endure, mature, and experience growing pains as well as the exhilaration of new ideas, new directions and new people!

Diverse personalities, each with unique strengths and strong opinions, but respectful of others and never haughty or rude.
What did you like most about the interview process?
My interview was not recent. I enjoyed getting to know the interviewer and hearing their passion for the work and company.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Even though CoNetrix is not large, our benefit options are more than many small companies even attempt - health insurance options, dental, vision, 401K, Cafeteria Plan, - all are well administered.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Seasoned team members welcome new employees and actually listen to their input while ENCOURAGING with words and actions. Regular open accountability is intended and perceived as beneficial for the individual as well as the team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone has a LIFE, not only work. We care about each other's LIFE/LIVES, families, interests and other talents and hobbies. It is fun to see how people can connect and work better together when they enjoy similar interests OUTSIDE of work.
What makes you most happy at work?
My work is appreciated. I can have my own ideas and ways to accomplish a task or goal. I do not have to "cookie cutter" my work. In fact, new ways are welcomed. But, many of us who have worked together over the years also enjoy a legacy of going the 'extra mile' for appreciative customers.
