I feel like the interview process is mostly about determining "fit" -- not only to give the company knowledge about the applicant, but also to give the applicant knowledge about the company.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Most days, I feel encouraged and supported by those I work with and for. Falling short of a goal or missing a deadline is an opportunity for analysis about the process -- rather than being berated or made to feel like a failure.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They take their role very seriously setting both long term and short term goals to direct daily effort -- but are able to adjust those goals as needed. They are all very appoachable and encourage feedback and interaction. They inspire and promote personal growth and development.
