My team is hard-working but knows how to have fun. We don't take ourselves too seriously, but we know how to take care of business.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
No one is expected to work extra hours or weekends unless they really want to earn overtime. We also look out for each other and help is always available.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is humble, open to change, yet assertive. They are not driven by their own egos or desires to grow their personal "brands." It is very refreshing in this day and age.
