What did you like most about the interview process?
I was able to sit in a room with friendly faces, who didn't try to trick me with questions, and saw that I was willing to learn and grow to become an asset to their team.
What makes you most happy at work?
I find it most satisfying to complete a big project that we know will benefit our customer base, and to hear back about how we've helped them solve a problem. It shows me that our mission to find the right solution is always worth the effort.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our company loves to celebrate each other's victories and milestones. When someone finishes a challenging objective, whether its business or personal, we make sure that person or group receives the proper congratulations. We also learn from things that didn't work, and how we can improve next time.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is full of helpers, learners, and go-getters, who enjoy solving problems together, but also thrive off spending time to get to know each other and support each other better. Each person on my team has unique qualities that make them a huge asset to how our team operates.
