There is an emphasis on always doing what is right. We are taught to take care our customer and coworkers and the money will take care of itself.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I enjoyed that it came across that they wanted to know about my character. CoNetrix is a place where they hire character and teach the specific skills needed.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We learn from each other and ask questions to make improvements. Conversations can turn into impromptu stand-up meetings which can be especially helpful for our new employees to learn from.
