The CoNetrix leadership are humble, servant leaders. They value ambition, innovation, and excellence, but they value team spirit, relationships, and wise decisions even more.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The owners take benefits seriously and encourage team members to make use of them. Paid time off encouraged to be used and leaders pay attention when work loads are too heavy to allow PTO to be used.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We talk about it which gives people a chance to ask questions, wrestle with difficult situations, and grow in each of our understanding of what integrity, team spirit, wisdom, and ambition look like to our company, to us individually, and to our customers.
