What does the leadership team need to get better at?
CEO is unqualified and unable to scale the company. Leadership needs to implement and adhere to process to prevent the company from losing money on projects. Leadership needs to be able to identify talent and retain it by providing professional development opportunities.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Company does not provide 401K match of any kind, and does not pay out awarded bonus as promised.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Company has struggled to scale for the last 7 years by not investing in the right talent at the right time. Internal process is disorganized at best and it's eating into margins.
