My experience has been very good. There has been a lot of challenges and you have your bad days, but in the end, you really realize what you're doing is going to have such a positive impact for a lot of people.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

The leadership team always considers every employees thoughts, ideas and opinions which makes the environment here a strong team effort.

I've enjoyed most of my time at connectRN. Sometimes it feels like the goals are a little ambiguous and that we work retroactively but I think that is the learning curve of a start-up. Other than that I'm excited and ready to come to work everyday!
