What is the best part about your compensation package?
Not having to pay for health insurance is huge! I feel comfort in knowing that I am covered should anything bad happen.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team is unlike any other. Without exaggeration, everyone is so supportive, knowledgeable, patient, empowering, friendly, and accepting. Just to name a few.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Support and acceptance. I am so thankful to be a part of a company that supports and accepts people from all walks of life.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I have never felt so supported by a company before. I cannot say good enough things about every single person that works for this company!
What makes you most happy at work?
Although all communication to other members of the company is currently virtual, I really enjoy being connected via Slack. I get especially happy when people add pictures of their animals or children! It makes me feel close to others, when it's especially hard to do so during a pandemic.
