Many people at work are results driven and strive for efficiency. I appreciate when we make changes to improve our many processes for getting the product to market.
What are some of the best things about your team?
As a team in my department and others, personality and communication insights are a big focus. As we add new people and build new parts of the brand, communication and productive meetings have been a driver of our successes.
