The management at my location is fair and does the best they can to live by company standards. Leadership above retail i think should be more considerate of the employees. We have been told back and forth to retrieve stolen items even after being threatened and attacked over it.

They work together and team work makes the dream work however, there's those who are in leadership position who should not be there... Those are the ones who play favoritism. Judge a worker based on their performance not on if you like or dislike them.
