What is the best part about your compensation package?
EVERYTHINg ABOUT IT SO AMAZING
bonus, but it all depends on your manager's opinion of you that day and not on goals or overall performance
I have no compensation package. My benefit of purchasing crocs at a discount was taken away from me by my mgr. She said I was purchasing too much crocs. Accused me of buying for other people. I bought Crocs for my family, they'd send me money to make those purchases. But some were for gifts for bday
Overall fair compensation, hard to keep up in fast moving labor market

What are some of the best things about your team?
The fellow associates are generally nice and stick together when they can
The willingness to help others.
Even when we are tired and have been on a 6day work week we continue to do whatever it is that we are asked to do for the sole purpose of making things easier for our management and our store. And when enough is enough we still continue to work together instead of being selfish.
Everyone is eager, enthousiatic and has the right attitude

My coworkers are lazy young and don't know how to work for real. If you're not a supervisor or in management position they will not listen and do the bare least amount of work while others get the job done.

Actually taking into account that their workers are actual human beings and need to be treated with respect, dignity and decency.
Attitude, professionalism, and respect this is something that should not only be given to the manager or team leader everyone deserves to be respected by each other.
Those slackers need to be put in shipping where they should load them trucks.

What did you like most about the interview process?
It was very laid back interviewing with the assistant manager and manager
I enjoyed the attention given to understanding the position and team. Recruiter was human and kind. People I met with were transparent.
It was short interview. I felt welcomed.
The original manager was friendly yet firm and just a fantastic manager that made you feel comfortable

it took forever to get back to me after the phone screening and then the decision wasn't made for week after the physical interview - if I wasn't already working I would have kept looking

When given a sense of ownership it’s easier to feel satisfied. Seeing some leaders try to make improvements feels goo
I go above and beyond to satisfy a customer. I serve them till they walk out that door with a smile on their face. I enjoy providing customer service. I want them to come back!

The company needs to do a better job at protecting and caring for their employees. At the end there would be no sales without your retail workers. We have been put in the worst situations and the company has turned their backs on us for doing things that were asked of us. More appreciation is nice
This whole pandemic has created an environment where i feel like people forget how to be decent human beings. Theres a lack of communication between management. That needs alot of work.
