What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

There's nothing going right - so everything can, and should, be improved. It just won't.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Change the whole executive team. Unfortunately, it's a real "boys" club, so it's unlikely to happen. The company will probably just go bankrupt.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The CEO believes you should be grateful to him for having a job when it's us - the employees - that built and maintain this company.
