The management team is good, but there are some radical decisions by leadership team which makes the working environment very negative. Almost every quarter you fear the job loss as its the best way for the management to show profit margins. We loose great knowledge by firing people randomly.

The Management team respects my working hours and availability. We are not forced to be present un-necessarily at a fixed hours shift.

Helping out my colleagues and the clients in the challenges being faced by them. And being able to help out my manager in his needs.
