There is support for doing things with AI, which is very forward looking. They have a long term view of things. I like the company culture, everyone works hard and gets things done.

I have a Manager who I look up to because she's a powerful and intelligent woman who gets things done, while also being incredibly personable and fun to talk to.

I believe that everyone is pragmatic, and can rally and get things done when it is required. Everyone looks out for everyone and we get things done. Everyone is willing to step into other people roles (e.g. help with sales, etc) and there is not internal politics.

Smart people working with smart people, compliments given where they're due, action items given that are clear, exciting possibilities for the future.

The company employs people from around the globe, hence it is multicultural and a place where everyone respects others.

I like being able to work with my colleagues, to work closely with AWS, to work with AI, and the autonomy that I have.

My Manager and the Crossover HR Team which have been incredibly fast and supportive. I'm doing meaningful work and trying brand new things every week, broadening my scope so much more here than any company in the past.
