It is a great place to work, you get to be at home 100% of the time, you learn a lot all the time and you get to work with brilliant people from all over the world. You are monitored 100% of the time to ensure you are working, which might not sit well with some people, and getting in is quite hard.

Mostly we do individual work, although tasks are peer-reviewed, so you can always learn something from the more experienced agents
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership is not micromanaging all the time and they are always coming up with ways of simplifying processes to make things easier for us and delegating tasks to whoever is better suited for the work.
What makes you most happy at work?
I get to learn something new almost every day, I get to work from my home where I'm most comfortable and I have a strong team of peers and managers always available to help out.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
You are working as a contractor, so there are no benefits. Compensation is great if you are located in a 3rd world country, but it might not be so good for workers from the US or West Europe.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
You always have the feeling that everyone is doing their absolute best, so you are very motivated to do the same. Note that this does not mean that you are overworked, because managers understand and treat you as an actual person with good and bad days
