I am completing 2 year in nov. i like company because it is employee oriented. i love to wok here due to flexibility but that would be great if there will be permanent work from option available so can stay with my family members and i can take care of them as my Pune office is 210km away from homet

they asked for solution and work together s a team they don’t give only order

we work together while closing the deals in month ends and Qends and every day. we say together we can and we are doing great as deal desk. team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Currently i am working from home and that is great as my health is good and my travel time is saved also i am spending time with my family and kids.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am working in night shift and travel time within Pune is 3 hours (to and fro) so if permanent work from option available i can use that time to stay with my family and i can take care of them. Night shift allowance needs to increase.
