I LOVE CrowdStrike! I have a strong sense of belonging. My only critique is there's too many political talk at work, wish there was more separation bc while I agree with the majority of what others are saying, everyone might not think like us and that's not very inclusive.

Hardworking environment with an upbeat and relatively positive environment.
What makes you most happy at work?
Job security, challenging work, minimal red tape, minimal political talk
What is the best part about your compensation package?
RSUs, HSA, and an actual unlimited PTO policy (and we're not made to feel guilty when we take a couple vacations a year.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their level of communication - especially during Covid. We have regular all hands meetings and that's a big deal for a company our size.
