It has been great! 90% of my time is spent on great things. Unfortunately there are some issues. I don't feel safe being able to voice my concerns. There is "mob rule" in the public chat. If you don't are you are shouted down. I wish this would change because I love everything else about my job
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Less focus on virtue-signaling and more focus on our technical work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Inflation has been on the rise and I wish our salaries reflected the rise in costs of day-to-day goods

My immediate team is extremely helpful. They are always willing to help and are some of the brightest I have ever worked with
What makes you most happy at work?
What makes me most happy at work is the actual work itself! I love the challenges I face everyday and get genuine fulfilment out of it.
