It it too soon to tell. I'm new - and the current growth curve is a LOT. So far, so good. This survey should have "I don't know" as an option, such as "Do I have career opportunities" because it takes time to discover that and there are A TON of new people.

Everyone is willing to do work! Everyone shares and looks to collaborate.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
that everyone is focused on doing work. I am exceptionally grateful for the diversity on my team; and perspective that it brings. Best experience of my career (other than military [camaraderie])
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Offer process was not positive. Went back and forth, when told initial offer was too low, CS cam back with a LOWER offer, which was also declined. Finally found a "happy" medium with higher RSUs but not overall where it should have been. I love this company's mission, and money isn't everything
