Company is growing so fast that you end up with too much on your plate. The goals seem to be nonachievable despite talking to managers they do not understand the pressure, and prefer to resolve 100 cases quickly and poorly than 70 with quality investigation and proper replies. No possible training

Remote work should include chairs and desks, not only basics as laptop, monitor, headset.
