Overall positive -- I am compensated well, my manager and coworkers are great, and I enjoy the creativity I can bring to my work. In terms of negative, I think leadership makes too many promises that they can't follow through on, and our priorities change too often.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Leadership makes decisions very quickly, so it always feels like employees are 3 steps behind on updates. Our priorities also change quickly and often. Our quarterly goals have been unrealistic, resulting in low morale about bonuses.
