Able to work Hybrid. Working from home, and then visiting jobsite and customers when needed or required.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The PTO is definitely the best part. I feel you want to work harder and put in 110% knowing that if you needed to make a doctors appointment then you can. You are not dinged for every little life detail.
