What is the best part about your compensation package?
The salary. Compared to my last job, I am much more financially comfortable now and feel like my experience is valuable.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team has such a growth mindset, it's contagious! I enjoy interacting with each person I come across and learn something new every day.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love being able to work remotely, but also travel to in-person events, when needed. The work/life balance is great and everyone is so friendly!
What makes you most happy at work?
Interacting with people from all over the world that I would not otherwise be able to is so fun to me! I love learning about other places and cultures.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I really like how there is such positive energy and excitement around everyone who works for DataRobot and a genuine effort to make employees feel welcomed and like they belong here. It truly seems like they care about us as people.
