In general the Company has been good and the ELT are moving it in the right direction. My qualm with that though is that many of the people joined this company specifically because of the startup tech culture so there's a mismatch in beliefs and direction. Despite it, I love the company.

I wasn't sure what to expect coming to work for a tech start up after leaving an edtech company. I was quickly shown that the fast pace environment was something I thrived in while still having work life balance and not being micromanaged. Everyone who works here is very passionate about the product

The culture is moving to have more diversity initiatives and a lot more inclusion. Also with the recent Russian/UA invasion, DR has taken excellent steps to help protect its people. I'm very happy about this.
