In general the Company has been good and the ELT are moving it in the right direction. My qualm with that though is that many of the people joined this company specifically because of the startup tech culture so there's a mismatch in beliefs and direction. Despite it, I love the company.

Health Insurance and Salary are best IMO
What makes you most happy at work?
Complex tasks and difficult programming issues. Challenges basically

My Team is pretty well rounded and support each other. No politics and just honesty
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Moving towards IPO and being a more well rounded and competent company. Lots of implementation that is standard practices for a company of our size. Stark contrast to the startup mentality of before.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is moving to have more diversity initiatives and a lot more inclusion. Also with the recent Russian/UA invasion, DR has taken excellent steps to help protect its people. I'm very happy about this.
