I feel cheated starting the very first day. The vesting price is now what I was promised and so much higher than someone who joined at the same time with me. I have no trust in the company and I do not recommend anyone to join

Only data scientist and engineers are doing the real work. Enablement people are just micromanaging everyday

stop firing people every year and that GTM team does not help the sales at all. Stop micromanaging
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation plan is getting worse and worse every year. My compensation is wrong and have escalated many times but no one cared to fix it.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The company doesn't know how to sell. Pricing changes every year and never communicates properly to the field sales. And it frustrates CSM and customers
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The current leadership team needs to take responsibility for the revenues and high customer churn rate. They need to stop all the unnecessary and unreasonable processes that slow down the sales
